Are you looking for a sense of community or family? Do you want to uncover people who give similar experiences and life? Then, spot a support group with Bienestar! We would love to welcome you to one of our many weekly back groups held across all of our different center locations.
No matter how you may identify, we have a group of people who share similar experiences and are ready to provide you with a space of support and community. New people are always welcome to join any of our groups.
Some of our groups are focused on specific communities:
- Gay and Bisexual Men
- Transgender Women
- LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender & Queer) Youth
- People living with HIV/AIDS
- People dealing with Substance Abuse disorders
- Spanish-speaking LGBTQ people

Gay Men's Group/ Queer Space
QUEER SPACE: LGBTQ+ -affirming group that provides a nonjudgmental, self-reflective, community-building atmosphere for persons identifying as queer, non-binary, trans, bisexual, lesbian, and gay. This group explores gender identity, sexual orientation, self-acceptance, internalized homonegativity, relationships, and vulnerabilities. Group is for individuals to unite with one another based on the experiences of living in a heteronormative world. Thursday pmpm. GAY MEN'S GROUP: LGBT-affirming, safe, and confidential place for gay men to explore a variety of issues both general and specific to our community. Sessions are held via Zoom. Tuesday pmpm.
