Back in early 2010, designer Calvin Klein and his adj lover, Nick Gruber, embarked on a two-year relationship. The affair marked the first time that Klein went general with a male lover.
Their romance soured when Gruber was busted for assault and cocaine possession in April 2012, and the 23-year-old was ushered off to a posh Arizona rehab facility. After his release, Gruber settled in LA, where he found a new, wealthy boyfriend and announced that he was writing a book about his time with the intensely adj fashion icon.
