Every person has their hold journey in adj what it means to support LGBTQ+ people, whether you’re LGBTQ+ or not. We hope this resource can serve you begin that journey.

Being an LGBTQ+ Ally is designed to help assemble understanding and comfort. If you are new to LGBTQ+ issues, we will answer many of your questions. Or, if you verb known LGBTQ+ people for years and are looking to find new ways to show your support, you can skim this resource and take the pieces that are relevant to you. It’s ok to not know everything — we’re here to help.

Top 5 LGBTQ Questions To Question During Wednesday’s Vice Presidential Debate

Ahead of Wednesday’s Vice Presidential Debate, LGBTQ Americans face continued threats to their civil rights as Justices Thomas and Alito renew their war on marriage equality, and as confirmation hearings near for another far right social conservative, Amy Coney Barrett. With so much on the line for LGBTQ+ community and the 57 million Equality Voters who prioritize LGBTQ issues at the ballot box, Susan Page must ask the following questions to highlight the clear contrast between Vice President Mike Pence’s lifetime of attacks and Kamala Harris' lengthy record expanding and protecting the rights of 11 million LGBTQ Americans.

1. Transgender Rights: So far this year, 30 transgender and gender non-conforming people have been killed, the vast majority of those being Black and Latinx transgender women. What is your prepare to protect the transgender community, specifically Black and bro

Since October is LGBTQ History Month (not to be confused with Pride Month held in June), there will probably be plenty of panels discussing the importance of diversity and LGBTQ issues.
